Coordinate Conversions in Astronomy, version 2.3; March 2002
WARNING: A Serious BugBUG: Conversions to and from horizontal coordinates are off by almost a degree in most cases and up to over 20 degrees (!) in negative altitudes.
NOT FIXED: ...working on it, this is a serious bug and I try to find it as soon as possible...
