Tuorla and Tartu Observatories' Autumn Meeting in cosmology and large scale structure

Tuorla and Tartu observatories invite astronomers from Baltic and Nordic countries to participate in a small-scale meeting in the honour of the 30 year anniversary of the Large Scale Structure of the Universe. We also celebrate the 60th birthday of Dr. Seppo Mikkola. Aim of the meeting is to bring together astronomers interested in the topic for the purpose of sharing ideas in an open and informal environment.

The meeting will be held at the Tuorla Observatory It will run for two days, Thursday morning through Friday afternoon, 4-5 October 2007. The local organizing committee has arranged for blocks of rooms to be available for a fair price for participants at the Hostel Tuorla near Tuorla Observatory.
