Workshop Over

We thank all of the participants of the Workshop, and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
These pages are kept here now for archival purposes, the forms have been disabled.

Last Minute Announcements

We can only accept cash in Euros for the catering and dinner fees

The distance from the downtown hotels (harmburger börs, seurahuone etc) to the meeting place is about 1.5-2km. Public transport is available, but a more convenient method of transport could be a carpool in a taxi. We expect a taxi to cost less than 15 euros, and normally 4 people fit quite comfortably into a taxi.

Just in case you need a taxi number especially for late flight arrivals - it is 02-10041 - and they speak/understand english.

A pdf version of the program and schedule is available.

Information and programme

Since we have had an overwhelmingly large amount of talks proposed, we had to accept only half of them, the rest are assigned as posters.

The Programme page now reflects the preliminary programme, and might still have minor adjustments

The dimensions for the posters are: max. 120x88cm, or around 47x34 inches, with the orientation so, that the long edge is upright (portrait), ISO paper size A0 reccomended.

Registration deadline passed

Please note that the deadline registration, and hotel reservations, has passed. If you had any problems using the registration form, please don't hesitate to contact us. The final programme, participant list, and other important information will be posted onto this site soon. Stay tuned.
