Two-point correlation tools
Here are available two simple C programs for calculating various
two-point correlation function estimators for three dimensional data.
First program estimates the standard two-point correlation function ksi,
while the second one calculates the correlation function for both radial
and transverse components.

Historgam calculations and more
Here is very general data analysis tool for historgram calculations in
PERL. Many different options are included and new features are included all
the time. Use with you own responsibility. Current version: 3.0
histogram_fast_3.0.pl
[ -l (for log10)]
[ -s (to subtract/add/multply/divide 2 columns before calculation)]
[ -d (to take sample of col 1 based on col 2 and its upper and lower limits)]
[ -p (NOTHING YET)]
[ -c (to calculate cumulative disribution)]
[ -y (take y-values from another column)]
[ -m= (minimum value included in the calculation)]
[ -x= (maximum value included in the calculation)]
[ -t= (multiply y values in the histogram by some arbitrary value)]
[ -u= (user specified additional designation for the files)]
[ -v (prints the data to the screen and make simple plot of the histogram)]
