Tuorla Observatory Lecture Hall Reservation Request Form

Please, note that:
1) Only properly filled requests will be processed. Spam will not even reach us.
2) There will be a rent for the use of the lecture hall.
3) The primary use of the lecture hall is in the scientific research and education of Tuorla Observatory. In very special cases we may even have to cancel existing reservations.
4) Before you make a request, please check the current reservations.
5) The lecture hall will be let on 'first come, first served' basis.
6) Overlapping reservations are not possible.
7) Reservation must include all the time needed for setting up the place and equipment as well as the time for clearing the lecture hall afterwards.
8) If you have to cancel your reservation, please do it at least 24 hours before your reserved time begins. Otherwise we may have to charge you in any case. All reservations not cancelled will be charged for.
