Registration

The participants’ registration fees include attendance in the scientific programme, congress materials, coffee and lunch on the meeting days as well as the Get-together party on Monday, 8 July.

Grants
ASTRONET
All Participants attending the ASTRONET session on Saturday may apply for financial support to attend the conference. See details below how to apply.

EAS
EAS provides some grants mainly for students and young scientists. Applicants have to be EAS members (by Dec 31 2012) and login to EAS web page for details (http://eas.unige.ch/meetings.jsp).

ESA Student Sponsorship
As part of the ESA Conference Opportunities for Sponsored Students (ECOSS) Programme, the ESA Education Office is pleased to be able to offer sponsorship to European students interested in attending the event. Highly qualified full-time students from ESA Member or Cooperating States are encouraged to apply for ESA Sponsorship.

Students selected by ESA’s Education Office will be reimbursed their conference registration fee and up to a maximum of 350€ in travel and accommodation expenses. Sponsorship will be in the form of a single reimbursement after the conference.

A list of registered participants and their organisations is updated and published weekly on the conference website, page "participants". Please let us know if you do not wish your name to appear on the website (congress-office@utu.fi)

EWASS sessions: participants are kindly requested to mark the sessions they plan to participate in on the registration form in order for the organizers to be able to contribute suitable lecture rooms for each session!

ASTRONET session on Saturday, 13 July
If you are submitting an abstract to the ASTRONET session, please submit it through the abstract submission system.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME: The Get-together party on Monday evening is included in the participation fees. See the ticket prices for the other events. Please note also that for some events there is a minimum number of participants (the event cannot be organized if there are not enough participants. If the participant has already paid the ticket, it will be reimbursed). Please see the page "Social Programme" for detailed information about the events.

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the social programme events. Ticket prices are marked on the registration form.

Methods of payment
1. On-line credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta’s homepage for secure electronic payment.

2. Bank transfer to the University of Turku, IBAN account number: FI05 8919 9710 0009 63, BIC/SWIFT: DABAFIHH. Address: Danske Bank, Hiililaiturinkuja 2, P.O.Box 1561, FI-00075 DANSKE BANK, Finland. Make sure that the code 2600227721 and your name appear on the MESSAGE FIELD of the payment.

3. An invoice will be sent upon request only. Please note that an invoicing charge of EUR 15 will be added to all invoices.

Cancellation
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before 1 June 2013. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
