PRACTICAL INFORMATION TO SPEAKERS:
The duration of the presentations is 20 min (15 min + 5 min for discussion). Preferably, you should bring your talk on a memory stick or a CD-ROM and use the laptop provided by the organizers. Accepted formats are Powerpoint, OpenOffice and PDF. If you really must, you may bring your own laptop, but please test its compatibility well before your scheduled talk. If you really, really must, an overhead projector will be available.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Posters should fit within an approximate area of width 1m x height 1.20m. Posters will be displayed downstairs from the lecture hall, and should be set up by noon of 23 October, and removed before the end of the meeting. The list of posters can be found at: Posters

THE MEETING DINNER:
The meeting dinner will be on Thursday 23 October, starting at 19:15, at the Tuorla Guesthouse. The dinner will be free of charge for participants. Could you please let us know, by email to the meeting secretary, Aleksi Halkola, in case you a) have dietary requirements or b) are NOT attending the dinner.

REGISTRATION WITHOUT A PRESENTATION:
The deadline for registration with a presentation has passed, but if you wish to attend the meeting without a presentation, the deadline to register is *** 10 October 2008 ***.
