ANNOUNCEMENT --- 22nd SEPTEMBER 2005 : CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
The conference proceedings are to appear under the University of
Turku's own stylish series "Annales Universitatis Turkuensis, Series
1A, Astronomica - Chemica - Physica - Mathematica". We will also
publish simultaneously on Tuorla's website, and at the ADS, so that
the papers will be fully available on-line.
Page limits are
For invited speakers : 8 pages
For talks and posters : 4 pages
The format of the pages is B4 -- i.e. 18 x 26 cm.
Format : we will accept papers in TeX/LaTeX and WORD formats.
An example paper in latex format is available,
as a guide to getting your paper to the right page limit. The link
is to a tar file containing the demonstration paper, the style file,
and some figures.
Figures are to be included in this page count; figures are best
provided to us as postscript (or eps) files.
DEADLINE: The deadline for submission has been moved to 1st December
2005. Contributions should be sent to cflynn at astro.utu.fi.
Thank you all for your patience and forebearing as we worked out
a solution for the proceedings.
